I spent 7 months working on the medical unit. I lost 20 pounds!! Then I got my transfer to psych. I love it! The people are so interesting.
I've gained 11 pounds back since the transfer. So is it the insanity or the happiness that leads to weight gain? I'm not planning to give up either one, but I'd like to know exactly what I should blame the weight gain on. I know it doesn't have anything to do with the Route 44 Rootbeer from Sonic :)
Karen, that explains the 100 pounds that I need to lose . . . I'm insanely happy . . . or is that happily insane?
I'm not losing anything . . . but I haven't given up. I walked 4 days in a row, and every afternoon I had this big energy crash. Yesterday, I didn't walk and felt great all day. I don't know if it's being out in the sun or just walking that's draining my energy. Anyway, I wasn't able to make Thursday's Latin dance class. The next one is Tuesday. However, I have shopped and bought an outfit to wear.
I set up a household chore list today. It will be interesting to see how this works out.
Obviously, there's not much hope for us to become "skinny bitches" since we're all happily insane and insanely happy.
Carmen, is the chore list for delegating to those living under the same roof? We may need that around here. Let me know how it's working. Also, walking should be giving you energy, not draining you. It's more likely the foods you ate that's affecting your energy level. Walking is also supposed to help maintain that "insanely happy" status. Not that I've been doing any walking. I did pull some weeds yesterday.....
Hmmm, I wonder if I can add my spreadsheet as an attachment? Hmmm, can't figure out how to attach it, I wonder if I can copy it into the message??? Ahhh, that works - Here's my chores list that I've inflicted on my poor overworked, overstressed child.

I keep thinking of more things to add. I've been doing all of this mostly by myself. NO WONDER I'M SO TIRED . . . and bitchy!!!
Yeah! Delegating would probably reduce stress which would probably reduce weight......now we're on to something! I'm going to start a chore list!
It's the supervising part that's always a pain. What are the consequences if family members don't complete their chores (aside from being yelled at)?
