And............another week. Only, this time it's different. I am not in Texas. Tony and I are mountainizing in Breckenridge, CO. I still haven't lost any weight, but I want to! Does that count?
I had high hopes and aspirations of walking on the trails in the mountains. But, since I can hardly breathe this 10,000 high air, THAT certainly is not going to happen! I actually bought some "altitude adjustment" herbal something or another. I hope it helps. I'm not sure, but I think Tony & I are getting really old.
So, I bet Erin is totally partying with mom & dad away.
Anyone else having any progress losing weight?

I haven't lost a thing. I just keep yo-yoing the same five pounds. Ugh!! Any losers in the crowd???

I've lost another pound... finally! That's a total of 8 pounds! I'm still aiming for 12 more before the end of the year. Actually I was hoping to lose them all before my 44th birthday. I don't think that's going to happen. I'm just happy to be heading in the right direction.

Karen,
I am so proud of you!!! I guess all the other bloggers are not having your kind of success otherwise they would be bragging on the blog.
I have to report that although I did not lose any on the vacation with Tonette, I at least did not gain any.
The way I look at it- I am pounds ahead.

Donna,
I think vacationing without gaining weight is a big accomplishment. I've never managed to pull that one off. Guess I'll have to stay close to home for quite a while so I can keep losing. Did y'all enjoy your trip? Was it business or pleasure?

It was supposed to be pleasure, but you know how it is vacationing with men. It wasn't quite agony but borderline. We rented a nice cabin and he wanted to watch Seinfeld and Malcolm in the Middle. I was like, we can do that at home! He was like, I just want to lay around and do nothing. I was like, that's exactly what you do at home!
So........in answer to your question of business or pleaure? All I can say is THAT is why we don't take vacations together.
Thanks for asking, though.
