Okay, now here is some injustice right here in our own family.
Tony has lost 20 lbs. and HE WASN'T EVEN TRYING!!!!!
I don't know about everyone else, but I am upset.
Course, he got a buzz haircut, too. What was he thinking?
I never realized what a HUGE head he had until the "buzz".
Must be that size in order to hold all those brains.

It's not injustice within the family . . . it's injustice between the sexes. It's an outrage!!! But I am glad to hear that Tony lost 20 pounds while his wife and sisters talked about the possibility of maybe losing 20 pounds (despondent sigh).

I've lost 2 pounds in my first week! I'm really going to gloat when I reach the 20 pound mark!! That time would come sooner if I didn't have to eat snickers and drink rootbeer, but I've decided giving up laundry service is out of the question. I think 1 pound a week for the next 20 weeks would be acceptable. Do y'all have a weekly goal? Carmen, we should post our YMCA visits to keep each other accountable.

ummmm, that might be a problem. I've belonged for a month and haven't actually worked out yet. Thinking about it doesn't seem to be doing the trick.

Maybe next week

I've got my excuses covered. There's not a Wii Fit to be found in Little Rock.....

Men always lose weight quicker and easier than women. It's disgusting. Ken just thinks about losing weight and drops five pounds instantly.

I think one pound per week is a good goal. My goal so far has been just to see the number on the scale reduce by any fraction.

The white powdered donuts in the pantry are screaming my name. Gotta go.....

Carmen, it's next week. When are you going to the Y?
Linda, you should join the Y, too. Then we can all discuss the value of a membership we don't use!
I'm going today.... I hope.
